     I can't believe how well the Department of the Interior maintains the Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway. I have yet to see one, as in 1, piece of litter. They are constantly mowing and trimming the grass and trees. The pavement is pretty much flawless which makes for a great bike road.

    Everyone says watch out for all the deer ... well, after 300 miles I've seen one deer and two turkeys. That is on the parkways, around DC I saw a lot of turkeys.

    Zumo taught me a few things about himself today. You have to be pretty specific how you want to go somewhere or he'll tell you a faster way. What I found out is if you ignore him and pass his turn recommendation, a couple of button pushes will have him recalculate using your way. Cool!

    I've been working on the Blog and hopefully it is up and running.
